About me
I’m Rokas Zemlickas, a psychologist dedicated to helping individuals navigate challenges and understand desired change. My interest in the human mind began in my early teens and was strengthened by a transformative volunteer experience in Spain, where I worked with individuals with disabilities.
I draw much of my inspiration from existential questions and from a lifelong bond with nature, a connection nurtured by my grandfather throughout my childhood. Time spent in nature and in reflection has shaped the way I perceive human experience—encouraging openness, presence, and a deeper appreciation for the complexity of our inner and outer worlds. These influences inform my therapeutic perspective and help me meet each client with genuine curiosity and understanding.
Using evidence-based counselling techniques, I tailor every session to the unique circumstances, challenges, and goals of each client. I am committed to creating a respectful and supportive therapeutic space where you can explore your thoughts and emotions freely, gain insight, and take steps toward meaningful change with greater confidence.
